Study On The Multi-Fitness Of The Housing Based On The Theory Of Open Architecture

With the advance of urbanization in China, an increasing number of people come to cities. The shortage of housing and the urban population growth has become the main contradiction of urban development. Thus, the government vigorously promote the construction of affordable housing in recent years, which, to some extent, solve the housing problems of urban low-income people. But the housing industry in China is still in a period from extensive to intensive mode, the design and construction of affordable housing is still routinism. Many problems have been exposed in the process of affordable housing construction:Firstly, because of the poor flexibility and variability space of affordable housing, it can not meet the needs of different lifestyles. Secondly, a low level of of building industrialization results in low construction efficiency and resource wasted. Last but not the least, the poor adaptability of residential building shorter the average life of housing.In this paper, we use the affordable housing in cold regions for the study, researching and analyzing the existing problems of affordable housing and the housing space needs of low-income people. Then proposing affordable housing units design combined with the characteristics of the housing industry to meet the low-income people living model. Finally, making multi-housing suitable design to meet the different space needs for different family households by using the related concept of open architecture theory. Making affordable housing more humane and adaptable and extending the life of construction. As the affordable housing construction is a government-led project, there are unparalleled advantage in policy, funding and resource allocation areas. Therefore, by means of open architecture theory and the use of supporting house technology in the design and construction process of affordable housing, there is a practical sense of the promotion of sustainable development of the housing industry in ChinaThe first part is an introduction which make a detailed definition and interpretation to the scope of the study and related concepts in this article. It display background and significance of this topic, and introduce the research and development of open architectural theory at home and abroad in recent years briefly.The second part discusses open architectural theory and architectural industrialization. Introducing the concept of open architecture theory concepts and technical characteristics, as well as the related concepts and developments of building industrialization at home and abroad.The third part outlines the development of affordable housing at home and abroad. Then conducting field research at cold regions for affordable housing projects located in Jinan, Qingdao, Beijing, and access to the first-hand data of construction of affordable housing and affordable housing tenants’ living condition. And then summarized the space needs of affordable housing tenants according to the research. Providing the design basis for multi-suitable social housing design based on open architecture theory.The fourth part. Designing the units according to the needs of affordable housing space for low-income urban families, combined with an open architecture theory, designed for single-family settlement patterns, young couple living model and different core families living model of affordable housing tenants. Besides, according to the predicts of future population changes in different families and needs, transforming the design space for more units to meet the new demand of households.The fifth part is the conclusion.
