In recent years,in order to solve the problem of a series of housing difficulties under the market economy,the Nanjing Housing Security and Real Estate Bureau has continuously accelerated the construction of affordable housing in various regions.The process of affordable housing projects requires the participation of the construction company and the housing reform office.Finally,the security recipient selects the housing.As the undertaking of housing security in Nanjing is in a critical period of adjustment,transformation and rapid development,and the large demand of affordable housing,it is particularly important to promote various tasks in housing security construction by means of information technology.For the purpose of realizing the refinement and standardization management of affordable housing projects in Nanjing,and reducing the difficulty of selecting houses for housing use,this paper researches and implements a B/S-based affordable housing construction and management information system.Firstly,this paper conducts in-depth research on the status of housing security informationization construction at home and abroad,and clarifies the main tasks and research significance of this research topic.This paper analyzes the problems faced by the existing housing security system in Nanjing,and then analyzes the demand for the construction and management information system of affordable housing in Nanjing,designs a reasonable software architecture,and selects appropriate development techniques.Secondly,a gradient boosting regression tree housing recommendation algorithm based on time decay factor is proposed.This paper firstly researches the existing recommendation system model and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of different models and their suitable environment.Then user's portrait is constructed by analyzing the user's basic information and the user's behavior log,and then the recommendation model is trained according to the housing characteristics and user portraits.The hyperparameters of the model are searched through the hyperopt framework,and the features are filtered according to the feature importance.Finally,the model results are compared with the traditional models.Thirdly,this paper designs and implements the B/S-based affordable housing construction and management information system.The system is functionally divided into several modules: system management,project-establishment,project management,project information auditing,housing management and housing recommendation.The system development mainly adopts the B/S architecture,follows the classic layered architecture mode of the software domain,uses Spring Boot as the application container,Mybatis as the data persistence layer framework,uses Shiro framework for permission management and uses Maven tools for project management.In addition,the system uses React components and HTML,CSS,JSX to design and develop the system front-end interface.Finally,the system is deployed in a Tomcat container.The system has been running and tested in cloud server.All functions are running normally,and it has high security and scalability,which satisfies the system requirements.The system can solve the problems in the process of affordable housing projects,raise the operational efficiency of the projects,and facilitate the implementation and development of affordable housing projects in Nanjing.
