The Discussion Of Affordable Housing In The Planning And Construction Of China

Housing is a basic consumer information of people's life, the place for people standing and staying, and also a fundamental element of people's life, development and enjoyment.Everyone should have an appropriate house. Residential development of any nation state and the people's living conditions are associated with the country's socio-economic development on specific stages. China's housing system has also experienced 30 years of continuous exploration process, and now, China has established a housing supply system matched with the socialist market economy and China's national conditions. Affordable housing is one of our affordable housing policy, and its construction blossom everywhere from 1995 to today. Now, China's housing market is turning into the indemnificatory stage formally, in order to resolve the housing problems of most low-income families.Affordable Housing as an important part of China's new housing supply system, is mainly through the national welfare policy to expand housing supply to solve the housing problems of low-income families. However, the mushrooming construction of affordable housing all over the country has far exceeded the norms of traditional urban residential areas plan. This large-scale constructed special residential area in the planning, design, policy management and other fields have no mature standards and indicators as the basis.This article studied the housing policy development process of major developed countries, and reviewed the reform process of China's urban housing system. And from the country's investment and development of affordable housing scale and the average price of Affordable Housing over the years,I analyzed the market for Affordable Housing demand and supply relationship. Secondly, the article summarized and analysed the specific issues on the current construction of Affordable Housing such as settlements irrational location chosen, high prices, unreasonable chamber design and uncompleted supporting facilities and so on.To solve these problems, this article studied systematically about the Affordable Housing residential areas in planning, design and policy implementation. The article brought in living examples to analyse the site selection, econotechnical norms control and residential mode selection in Affordable Housing residential areas plan. The suggestions to policy implementation and construct based on public opinions were given at the last part of the thesis. The article obtained different mode for different urbanized areas in planning and construction of Affordable Housing settlement. Hope that the results of this study can provide a reference for construction of Affordable Housing settlements in the future.
