Research On The National Economically Affordable Housing Design Under The Governmental Policy Guidance

"Living" is the most important tings for all people in the world.Specially In the traditional view of Chinese people,have their own house,make many people pursue all life.Therefore,the housing problem in China,is an important livelihood issues, related to the country's long-term stability,related to the construction of the success or failure of a socialist harmonious society.The Economically affordable housing policy is an important part in China in order to solve the low-income families a measure of China's social security system. Economy since the implementation of housing policy to solve the city's housing difficulties of low-income families to curb the fast rising housing prices,have played a certain role,and the housing system reform has played an important role in promoting.
