| Joint venture, as a major way of developing oversea’s project and prevent any risks, has been greatly adopted by world-wide companies and received well results. Chinese Companies make bold attempts on this cooperation model, Althrough the implementation of Joint venture can develop each advantage and share the risks, we can not ignore the obstruction we met on cost management, quality management and communication management. We should face up to the disadvantages which rise up from the joint venture and enhance our management, establish relative regulation to minimize those bed effects.Communicaton plays an important role on project management and involves in every regard, we should pay our attention on it, failure on the management of communication may lead to the lost and failure of the whole project. For the purpose of guide the Joint venture project management, this dissertation will forcuse on the Joint Venture communication management. Through the theoretical and practical research, to dig out those key points and attentions which we need to pay attention to on oversea’s Joint Venture project management.This dissertation is consisting of five parts: firstly we summarize the world wide reseach achievement and define certain important concept. Secondly the thoerical reseachment on communication management to prepare for the following practice illustration. The third parts, a practical case will be analyzed to find out the reason, hich cause the management problems from the joint venture establish to the execution of project. The forth parts, we will analyze the countermeasure which was adopted on this case and its resoult. The last parts, we summarized those key points and attentions which we need to pay attention on oversea’s Joint Venture project management.We hope the achievement of this dissertation can offer a reference for domestic companies to develop the oversea’s project under the Joint Venture parten. |
