In the late of the last century,along with the arrival of the reform and opening-up,Solely-Japanese-owned companies and Sino-Japanese organizations emerged increasedly in Chinese mainland.As a certain result of Cross-culture exchanging,distinct and complex cross-cultural blending characters were shaped,and are strongly involved with the elements,which includes the microscopical ones such as polities,economy,history and culture,and the microcosmic ones such as the organization chart of corporate,the qualities of professional manager,the characters of the investor.That how to take multi-interests into account,how to make well-built communication among multilateral when contradictions or conflicts occur,and how to target effective project management,eventually take a positive influence on the development of the corporate culture,became the hot-discussed and seriously-confused puzzles to be solved in the industry.Based on the case about decision-making of certain cost-cutting project in CHN company,This article introduces the cross-cultural background of CHN,states the analyses of the interaction in the cross-cultural environment and the factors in the decision-making process,and puts forward solution plans.All analysess are proceeded through required managemental tools and certain research methods that are literature research method,interdisciplinary research method and survey study.In the first chapter,the research purpose,the research methods,and the developing framework of the article are introduced fully.In the second chapter,the relative companies' background and the case details are unfolded adequately.In the third chapter,the case-analysis,which focuses on the cultural differences,the communication conflicts and correlative impacts and reasons are well constituted.Lastly,in the forth chapter,the solutions which are figured out from Multi-dimension of managemental models are suggested comprehensively.In conclusion,the writer expects to offer inspirational thoughts and effective solutions for CHN company,and create certain referential value and realistic meaning for other firms struggled in similar managerial dilemma.
