In recent years, with the national industrial policy adjustment and change of economic pattern, once as a basic industry of the national economy, the electric power construction market suffered extrusion, due to rising coal prices, coupled with the environmental pressure, nuclear power, wind power, solar power and other new energy Hing rise, domestic conventional thermal power market continued to shrink. In vicious competition, competing suppression of prices, allowing more profits to the successful environment, thermal power construction projects profit space is getting smaller and smaller, in the operating profit margin. Therefore, how to strengthen the management of power engineering projects, optimize the management process, improve the management efficiency, improve the profitability, become an important issue for the survival and development of electric power infrastructure enterprises.Based on the comprehensive analysis and comparison of domestic and international process integration management and project management theory, the paper explores and studies the process management of thermal power construction projects in two companies, and takes the Jingxi Guangxi project department as an example to demonstrate the effectiveness of the process integration management.This paper includes 5 chapters. The first chapter mainly introduces the background, purpose, significance, methods and technical route of the integrated management of electric power construction project, and based on this, the innovation points and research contents are clear. The second chapter mainly introduces the related concepts and theories of process integration and project management, which is the theoretical basis of this paper. In the third chapter, the present situation and problems of thermal power construction project management in China are summarized and analyzed. The fourth chapter is the core content of this paper, from the theory to construct the thermal power construction project process integration management model. In the fifth chapter, the author analyzes the practice and application of the process integrated management model in the thermal powerengineering construction projects. The last is the conclusion and the research prospect.In this study, the thermal power construction project process integration management mode is still in the immature stage, limited to project specific environment, and its application value is still need to be further studied.
