| With the steady as well as rapid economic development in our country,power sector, as the pioneer in development, its needs are adapt to economicgrowth so that it can keep the so-called steady and rapid growing trend. As animportant part of the electric production, thermal power has a large proportion,no matter electricity generation and plant capacity.The thermal powerconstruction project is a capital-intensive industry, especially thermal powerconstruction project of million units. For its large investment, long cycle,complex technology, it faces more risks and the loss caused are higher, However,the risk assessment of thermal power projects in our country lags behind, withouta systematic and theoretical risk prevention system. Thus, on account of thepresent situation, it’s quite significant for the development of future thermalpower construction projects to make risk assessment study on them.This paper firstly introduces current development of the thermal powerconstruction project and the main source of its risks, on this basis, the full-life-cycle risk identification is made according to the features of the thermal powerconstruction project. It takes thermal power construction projects as researchobjects, makes detailed and comprehensive risk assessment research, builds riskevaluation index system of the thermal power construction project on thefollowing aspects: economic risk, technical risk, market risk as well asmanagement risk, and uses method that combines extension theory and analyticalhierarchy process to build the thermal power construction project risk evaluationmodel.At last, it uses the thermal power construction project risk evaluation modelto make example analyses on certain thermal power construction project,analyzes the risk rating of the project, and puts forward corresponding riskcontrol strategies, which provides some theoretical gist and method referencefor domestic thermal power construction project. |
