Study On The Exterior Space Design Of Mountainous Residence

The exterior space design strategies of residential district in mountainous region are the key elements of this thesis. There is two-level definition of space elements within mountain residential areas in the research of design strategy. The first is space elements of the existing environment of the site, residential group layout adapt to the natural terrain, planning combine with surrounding buildings、traffic environment and natural environment, the form of residential external space is defined. The second is the auxiliary elements required by the exterior space, including residential group space layout, traffic flow organization, the composition and processing of landscape. The depth and strengthening of the external space through the auxiliary elements increase layered, at the same time to create a wealth of outdoor environment, forming a three-dimensional traffic system and bringing to the resident more space to experience.This thesis is made up by the following four parts:raising questions, the analysis of questions, the research of the problem and the solution methods to the problem.It firstly poses questions and expounds the background of the thesis. The sustainable development requirements in the context of urbanization is put forward, And the domestic and foreign related research present situation are summarized to propose research methods. Finally, the research method and framework are described to concentrate on the main points, it makes the writing of this thesis clear.Part of the problem analysis, the composition and function of the exterior space environment of the residence are analyzed in detail. And the theoretical basis of the thesis is discussed as a support for the discussion of the thesis. And select the domestic Typical Mountainous Residential case study to analysis, such as Vanke 17 miles, TAIJI NANHU project, to provide reference for the design of the outer space of Mountainous Residential.Part of the research of the problem, this thesis detailed analysis from five aspects that consists of site design, group space layout, planar space layout, traffic flow organization, landscape, The design strategy of the outer space of mountainous residence is put forward, and it builds up the initial theoretical guidance for the design of the outer space of mountainous residence.Problem-solving part, through previous stage case study, combined with the theoretical analysis to propose design strategies for the five aspects of the design of the outer space of mountain residence. Combined with practical project planning and design, and apply theory to actual projects, in order to provide a reference value for future related projects.
