Subway transportation, as a mass rapid transit of urban transportation infrastructure, was normally built on urban center district. It is difficult to build a subway project in urban center district duo to problems of land occupation, traffic deviation, limited construction site, dispute issuesform resident etc. Mining method is usually be selected in order to overcome those difficulties. Although mining method is more risky compare with other method, in some cases, there is no other choice but mining method. Safety accidents in mining method projects can cause severe results, therefore, safety management is a key point in subway construction management.There are many risk factors in mining method project, identifying, evaluating and managing the risk duo to its’probably result should be the core work of risk control. In this paper, the writer tried to establish risk evaluation system by using Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process in risk analysis and studied the security management in subway mining projects in following aspects:Based on the existing safety management mode of subway mining projects, combined the experience form safety management of subway mining, systematic study was carried out to the existing problems and corresponding conclusions, which were helpful to improve safety management condition of subway mining projects had been gotten.Used Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process to evaluate the safety risk of surface settlements, structure failure and damage of utilities, took countermeasures according to evaluation results and optimized those countermeasures continuously.Took Line 15 of Beijing Subway as an example, carefully explained how to identify and evaluate the mine risky factor and scientifically cope with those risks by taking mature countermeasures, to guarantee the construction safety of subway mining projects.
