| "Five eleven" to achieve significant results on energy saving, "Twelfth Five Year" energy-saving emission reduction comprehensive work plan clearly puts forward energy-saving emission reduction targets: to achieve energy saving 6.7 tons of standard coal until 2015. Air conditioning energy consumption accounts for about 60% of building energy consumption, reducing air conditioning energy consumption is imperative.The traditional air conditioning system uses the method of heat and moisture treatment, not only to increase the energy consumption of the air conditioning system, but also hardly to meet the requirements of indoor temperature and humidity at the same time.Based on the characteristics of dry climate in Northwest China, the paper puts forward the idea that the evaporative cooling technology is applied to the temperature and humidity independent control system, and the design and selection of the air conditioning system of an office building in Urumqi.The temperature control system: the evaporative cooling water chiller provides the high temperature cold water with 16 ~ 18℃ which is sent to the indoor end to undertake partial sensible heat.The humidity control system: after evaporative cooling fresh air unit, the fresh is sent to the room to undertake all humidity load and the remaining sensible heat.By using Sketch Up software to establish the office building model, dividing 2 air conditioning areas: bigmeeting room and office. Using Energy Plus software simulates this system from June 1st to September 30 th 4 months refrigeration period, combined with the simulated results of the indoor temperature and the thermal comfort, the average temperature of bigmeeting and office are maintained at 24~26℃, and the design state of 26℃ deviation within 10%; the average PMV of the bigmeeting is-0.5~-0.2, the average PMV of office is-0.5~0, majority of people are in a comfortable state, which shows that the system can meet the requirements of the indoor design conditions. At the same time, the energy consumption simulation of the system is carried out by using Energy Plus software and the average power consumption of the whole building is330.716 k W in 4 months.
