With the development of science and technology,the demand for compressors in industrial production is increasing.In coal-fired power plants,air compressors are required for component control,transportation of related materials and boiler removal,and so on,is called the fourth largest energy source.Foreign imports of air compressor generally equipped with high temperature protection devices,summer plant environment will rise sharply,triggering the import of air compressor protection device and then shut down,will cause losses to the normal operation of the power plant.High plant ventilation and cooling needed in large amount of air and cold,if the use of traditional mechanical refrigeration,initial investment and operation costs are higher,not energy-saving.Evaporation cooling is a green energy-saving,efficient and non-polluting ventilation cooling technology,evaporative cooling equipment using water evaporation to take away excess heat relative to mechanical refrigeration,the initial investment is less,low operating costs,can be used for air compressor plant ventilation cooling.In the summer,a power plant in Baoji,Shaanxi Province,carried out a number of continuous measurements to learn more about the maintenance structure of the air compressor plant,the number of air compressor,placement,operation mode,personnel distribution and internal heat source.At the same time,in order to understand the actual operation effect of the existing ventilation and cooling system,according to the relevant specifications of the test point requirements,then in the plant on the surface of each equipment,2m from the ground at the layout of measuring points,a total of 8 measuring points.At different time periods,the air temperature and relative humidity outside the air compressor room are continuously measured.The air supply temperature and speed of the evaporative cooling equipment,as well as the temperature and humidity of each measuring point.Using the computational fluid mechanics software CFD(Computer Fluid Dynamics),the modeling and analysis of the entire air compressor plant is carried out to simulate the velocity temperature distribution in the plant,using the actual measured data as the verification basis to obtain the model reliability.Analysis found that the existing program will cause the air flow cross,interference,while the equipment air will be affected by the hot air flow to form upstream,ventilation cooling effect is greatly reduced.In view of the shortcomings of the existing scheme,three optimization design schemes are proposed,namely,side air(indoor no duct),local air transmission(set up duct),local air transmission(wall jet),and on the basis of verifying the correct model to change the parameters,numerical simulation calculation,to analyze the ventilation cooling effect of the three schemes.At the same time,the analysis and comparison of the original ventilation cooling scheme and the temperature uneven coefficient of the plant after the three optimization schemes,it can be seen that the optimization scheme TWO and optimization plan three ventilation cooling effect is more significant,can use these two schemes to air compressor plant ventilation cooling optimization.The research and conclusion of this paper can provide a reference basis for the application of evaporative cooling technology and CFD theory simulation in plant in the future.In this paper,there are 59 figures,7 tables and 59 references.
