Along with our country’s urbanization advancement speeding up unceasingly, thebuilding energy consumption accounts for the proportion of social terminal energyconsumption continues to grow. In order to the sustainable development of society andeconomy, in recent years, our country put forward the work requirements of energyconservation and emissions reduction,and building energy conservation is particularly valued.The building energy efficiency mainly equipment for energy saving, air conditioning unit asadjust the device of indoor thermal environment in summer, its power consumption is larger.At present, the domestic scholars are actively research way of energy saving air conditioningequipment, evaporative cooling technology with water as natural cold source to replaceartificial refrigerants,,and power consumption equipment mainly for the water pump, thesystem is energy saving, thus has received the widespread attention.The application of evaporative cooling air conditioning is affected by the outdoorweather conditions. Lanzhou is located in the northwest arid region,with the characteristics ofair dry bulb temperature and wet bulb temperature difference greater, and the humidity is low.In theory is suitable for application of evaporative cooling air conditioning. Based on thedirect evaporative cooling air conditioning as the research object, in the heat and mass transferof air and water in the packing process, on the basis of theoretical analysis, using the methodof experimental research and numerical research, to direct evaporative cooling airconditioning in summer weather conditions in lanzhou application effect are analyzed.Without changing under the condition of leaching water volume and head on wind speed,mainly analyzes the dry wet bulb temperature and outdoor temperature influence on export airtemperature and the cooling efficiency.Test results show that, direct evaporative cooling airconditioning has high cooling efficiency,and export air humidity increment is bigger also.Further proved that the direct evaporative cooling air conditioning in lanzhou region has agreat application prospect.And for heat and mass transfer based on the numerical heat transfer theory, at the time ofair through the packing heat exchange process for the actual physical model, by reasonablesimplification and assumption is established in accordance with the actual situation of directevaporative cooling condiment maths model. By comparing the10kinds of export air drybulb temperature under the condition of the experimental value and analog value, theaccuracy of the calculation model is verified. On this basis, the weather conditions in thesummer of lanzhou, to simulate the different thickness of packing, right against the face windspeed and inlet air dry bulb temperature water membrane channel and the distribution oftemperature field. It can be seen that as the head on the increase of the thickness of thefiller,wind speed and inlet air dry bulb temperature, air temperature gradient increases, for a single temperature field, air at the entrance of air change of gradient is larger, and away fromthe entrance of air gradient changes small.
