Study On Regeneration Of Old Buildings In Changsha Hou Hu Art Dist Based On Sustainable Theory

More and more people begin to pay attention to ecological 、environment、energy、and historical context,the construction of ecological civilization has been incorporated into the content of building socialism with Chinese characteristics. Sustainable theory has gone deep in the hearts of the people, which has been widely respected in the field of construction industry,is conducive to the construction industry to resource-saving,environmental friendly direction. Transformation of old buildings instead of tearing it down, that is in line with the construction of“Two Oriented Society”measure of spatial transformation.The transformation of the old city building relatively has tended to be mature,but there are still exist the destruction of the environment,resource consumption and non sustainability status in the actual situation.Under the guidance of the sustainable theory,the regeneration of old buildings is not only the change of architectural function and form, more important is to the transformation of the ecological health of the space environment,and historical context continuation, resources and environmental protection and conservation of the change.The old construction of city regeneration should be consistent with urban renewal development,which starting from the three levels: one is re positioning the social function of old buildings from the perspective of macro level urban planning; the second is the rectification of meso-level of old buildings overall reconstruction planning and environment; the third is the micro level of indoor and outdoor space environment improved, and the choice of material,technology,structure type, and so on.The overall transformation of old buildings from macro to micro conducive to the long-term development of the old city building.Changsha HouHu ArtDist belongs to the old building renovation project,now it has completed the construction of three part of the project.Firstly,the article combs the theory of sustainable development of the old city building regeneration theory and discusses the urban transformation of the old building strategy,finally through the analysis of the old buildings of Changsha HouHu ArtDist from the historical and cultural,artistic value,the overall planning,improvement of the status quo,ecological environment etc,provides the strategies for the transformation of the old buildings in Changsha HouHu ArtDist from the view of sustainable.
