With Lean widespread in the country, a huge role in the efficient use of more and more enterprises realize the cost of business operations in play, WIP, inventory control is one very important aspect. Production of passenger cars with different modes, buses customized orders decided by the passenger of small batch production mode, and the relatively long period determines the larger the number of system bus, thereby tying up a lot of money. How to pull production planning management production process optimization, funds used for production cycle management play a guiding role in the passenger car production enterprises in the connotative development path that must be solved.It must be seen in the controllable factors of funds used in the production cycle, specific and reasonable manner and production processes planned arrangement is one of the biggest factors. In a variety of Lean tools, Value Stream Mapping is an important tool to help managers quickly find problems to drive improvement through value stream mapping can be clearly found around customer satisfaction and value to customers what we do, What are the specific problems and lack of information flow of the production process, and the process flow stream exists.Based on Company Y D value stream mapping workshop, the workshop analyzed for D value stream flow of information, processes and material flow stream, to identify B cells, Z unit is not planned or existing programs in the production process of the production guidance obvious, planned capital occupation, lack of effect of the production cycle control and other issues. After identifying the problem, according to "all production processes are required to have a plan covering planned break point to get through, scheduling equalization" principle,in order to plan and improve traction matching production capacity, application equipment set up and logistics planning, JIT, continuous flow and other specific Lean tools and methodologies to quantify the problem analysis, the specific solutions to these problems.Meanwhile, in order to ensure the implementation of the program, the paper also considers the specific implementation mechanism to ensure implementation of the plan by means of the set target rate, the application of the system introduced to monitor the progress and implementation of project management methods will be elaborated by the program, and then establish the end of the evaluation mechanism of the entire optimization process forprocess control, to support program initiatives landing.Through the implementation of safeguards implementation and optimization of design optimization scheme, the optimization of each program achieved remarkable results, were significantly lower D funds used and cycle workshop, made a good prediction.
