"Paper, Ink" Space- A Study On Environment Design Of "Li Kuchan" Painting And Calligraphy Art Gallery

Seeing from a global scale, art gallery is paid unprecedented attention to. In recent years, the study on the relationship between culture and architecture in China is getting more and more attention of people, and the role that the culture guides the architecture is very significant. Masters’art museum, as a kind of public cultural construction, belongs to the museum of fine arts, and its development is affected and restricted by the development of art museums to a certain extent. On the one hand, with the gradual increase of people’s artistic taste, the continuous construction and improvement of the design of masters’art galleries, as a aesthetic education platform that the urban people learn and appreciate art and a local cultural construction, masters’art gallery undertakes the responsibility of showing and publicizing urban culture, prompting the emergence, development and prosperity of art museum. On the other hand, with the constant improvement of the art masters’reputation and status, people’s perception to them is gradually increasing, and people urgently want to understand their art, which also promoted the construction of masters’art gallery to a certain extent. The sensitivity of era and art brought by the rapid development of masters’art museum is concerned by the architecture and design industry, and the relationship between masters’own artistry and architectures’designability is an important issue which needs to be discussed in this paper.This thesis, taking the era background of the emergence of masters’art museum as an entry point, fundamentally expounded the paper’s development status, research content, research method, research purpose, research significance and innovations. The second chapter of the paper is an basic research on contemporary artists and an analysis of related cases, mainly including the conception, function and classification of contemporary masters’ art museum, the analysis of commonness and characteristics of contemporary masters’art museum, and a case analysis of Beijing Han Meilin art gallery and Pan Tianshou memorial hall.The paper’s chapter three and chapter four are the core chapters. Chapter three mainly discussed the content of environment space design of masters’art museum, and it transited from the study from the outdoor base texture, art symbol extraction and functional space of indoor environment, organization discussion of traffic streamline to a specific design analysis. Chapter four mainly analyzed the design case, the environment design of "Li Kuchan" painting and calligraphy art gallery, which mainly includes an overview of the project, a study on Li Kuchan and his artistic characteristics, design concept and design description of Li Kuchan’s artistic characteristics, an overall planning and design analysis of the art museum, an design analysis of architectural form and outdoor landscape of Li Kuchan painting and calligraphy art gallery, and an interior space design analysis of Li Kuchan painting and calligraphy art gallery. The content of the last chapter is a summary.In conclusion, designing the art gallery which has both regional cultural characteristics and artists’own artistic style and artistic characteristics is the focus of this research.
