This system can make each link of every stage in the Yaliping housing project become materialization, quantification and informatization, as well as just in time. It could also implement management in the details of project. And then, the institution of dynamic examination and last examination is established. This institution is able to motivate all employees to make full use of their ability and ensure the implementation of project target cost.
