In recent years, oil field development and construction preaents large-scale, high speedof situation, but the existing cost control means are difficult to serve such a highintensity construction state. Therefore, this paper puts forward the oilfield surfaceengineering cost control method system which is based on the standard cost index toimprove the oilfield surface engineering cost control effect.Firstly, this paper expounds the related concepts of cost control in oilfield surfaceengineering construction, illustrates cost control workflow combined with thecharacteristics of oilfield surface engineering, analysis the content and the method ofcontrol process. Then combined with the construction practice of oilfield groundengineering and a lot of engineering investigation, through the standard cost index itemclassification, coding and cost data acquisition and processing, computer simulationmethod is used to calculate the standard cost index, which is the basis of cost control;according to the construction schedule plan, construction scheme and cost estimates, insupport of the banana shaped curve and the Gauss principle, this paper studies the wayof the traditional cost plan to improve the cost plan rationality and maneuverability; bymonitoring the implementation of cost plan with control graph state, the method ofinterpretive structural model and information fusion are used to analysis the hierarchicalrelationship of deviation factors, extraction of the main error factors when plan cost andactual cost are deviaed, at last this paper discusses the measures of cost deviationadjustment.In this paper, cost control of oilfield ground engineering were studied deeply, from thetheoretical significance,it provides new ideas for the oilfield surface engineering costcontrol; from the practical sense, it gives referenc for petroleum enterprises to control ofoilfield ground engineering cost effectively. |
