Research Of Project Quality Control For Road Monitoring Sysytem Project In Fengxian

In today’s world the rapid development of science and technology, international competition has become white-hot, along with our country urbanization level rise ceaselessly, the progress of science and technology and the development of the society, all walks of life competition grows in intensity, the project field become more complexity. People on the project quality management of the telecommunication project become more and more attention, and in the process of project quality management for a project is successful crucial.This article has studied and researched the theory and method of project quality management. Through drawing lessons from the domestic and foreign reach results of project quality management, this article has analyzed the quality management status and the existed problems of road monitoring system project in Fengxian. This study has used causal analysis chart method to analyze the causes of impact on project quality, and used the method of the AHP. On the basis of the quantitative analysis of the AHP, the project quality control is put forward according to the equipment, personnel, environmental factors and system factors in four aspects. Combined with the project construction, this study has developed the key focus of the process of the control program. Through Delphy Fa to the project quality control implementation situation to carry on the qualitative research, the study also has established the expost control scheme, adopting the method of whole quality management and quality control.This paper studies the quality management fo the road monitoring project in Fengxian through the combination fo qualitative and quantitative analysis. On the one hand, the ultimate success of this project provides the suggestion, and it also provides a reference of the contruction of other road monitoring projects.
