| Rolling bearing is one of the most important mechanical basic parts, widely used in various machinery equipments. With the increasing demands of weight, precise and miniaturization of machinery products, Miniature rolling bearing applications are increasingly being used. It has aroused great concern of miniature bearings processing technology and equipment. Especially, with the desktop plant proposed, it brings a new concept for the innovation on the micro parts processing equipment, and promotes the rapid development of small parts machinery equipments.This topic comes from an enterprise cooperation project, and researches one of the key processes of the micro rolling grinding-The quality control problems in the center-less internal grinding process. Propose the quality control strategy and implementation methods which cover the quality of the workpiece quality and the conditions of the machine. The whole works of the thesis:Chapter one introduces the background and the research significance. Then overview the developing trend and the problem we are faced. At last, summarizes the main research contents.Chapter two introduces the process of the miniature bearing internal grinding and analyzes the factors affecting the quality grinding. Give the overall structure of the micro-grinding machine and focus on the technology needs and implementation strategies during the miniature bearing grinding.Chapter three based on the bearing grinding quality monitoring strategy, propose the master-slave quality monitoring system. Design the hardware system and the software system, and discuss the key technical problems.Chapter four research on the OPC technology to solve the data flow and real-time communication problems and put it as a hub to communicate PC with PLC. Achieve the real-time control about PC to PLC. Improve the response speed of data processing.Chapter five for the control of internal grinding feed parameters, establish the fuzzy PID control mathematical model of linear motor. Research the closed control algorithm of the grinding fees movement and use Simulink to test.Chapter six introduces quality monitoring system software development of the miniature bearing grinding. Achieve the corresponding monitoring functions.Finally, Chapter seven makes a conclusion of the whole dissertation and puts forward the future in this field. |
