Using an entry point of guide hall interspaces in Yunnan region, the paper conducts the elaboration research from two aspects of the space combination and organization order to analyze internal and external factors for formation of architectural space as well as to research methods and meaning for form order of architecture space from nature of order in terms of connotation reflected in Chinese profound cultural background and traditional architecture.The factors influencing the guide hall spatial organization order of Yunnan are mainly Axis, symmetry, and level, with helper methods of rhythm, benchmark, and transformation. We can obtain the relevant design strategies based on the above several kinds of influential factors and the analysis of the spatial organization order of Yunnan guide hall.
