Exploration On The Hall Space Of Public Buildings Based On Phenomenal Transparency

This thesis takes the space of public buildings' hall as research object,discusses the hall space from the perspective of a western architectural theory-phenomenal transparency,and then explores the internal connection between the hall space and the phenomenal transparency theory in depth,which is obviously based on the adequate studies.In view of research methods in phenomenal transparency,it also divides the research perspective of the public buildings' hall into three types-the plane figure,the fa?ade figure and the intention figure,and discusses the organizational models of spatial structure step by step.The third chapter of the thesis translates the organization of the hall's function into images,divides it into three types of detached,intersected and tandem,then analyzes their characteristic from three perspective-the figure's relationship,the order's relationship and the layer's relationship,proves them with examples,and explains the space characteristic of different types of the figure.The fourth chapter of the thesis translates the facade figure of the hall space into images,divides it into four types,discusses the two types of them-implicated and intersected,which has the characteristic of phenomenal transparency,and summarize the space characteristic of different types of the figure.The fifth chapter of the thesis translates the space atmosphere of the hall from the perspective of the intention figure,and also divides it into three types of detached,intersected and paralleled,then takes up research from the perspective of space structure and space relationship,and discusses the transformation of the hall space from the plane figure to the fa?ade figure and the effect of different forms of the intension figure to the hall space,which is based on the research results of previous two chapters.At last,the thesis concludes the design method of the space of public buildings' hall with the characteristic of phenomenal transparency.
