Studay On The Characteristics Of Environmental Space And Architectural Form Of Chang Chun Faw Factory

The historic district is the condensed essence of urban morphology.Changchun No.1 Automobile Works is one of the first of National Historic and Cultural districts,its site planning and architectural art,its history and culture are highly valued in study.This paper mainly takes the characteristic environment space and architectural form in front of FAW as objects,through the methods of field investigation combined with surveying mapping and sampling as well as data collection and summary,takes the domestic and foreign transformation theory of historical street space and buildings for reference,studies and analyzes the street space morphology and architectural art characteristics in the former area of FAW in four parts to stereoscopic display its characteristics,fully investigates and dissects the Chinese special industrial development cultural elements in Changchun,and offers the reference to study the former area of the FAW plant and industrial cultural development.The first part,as the basis of the research,firstly introduces the research object,the scope of the research and the current research situation at home and abroad ect.;then it expounds the purpose and significance of the thesis;finally it interprets the research contents and methods.The second part,based on the field investigation,introduces the plane regions morphology and the composition in front of the FAW plant at first,and expounds the relationship between the street space form and the building,spacial basic type,form order and the structure of the landscape sequences in space from the angle of plane morphology;Then the author analyzes and summarizes the research of other famous historic districts in China,and refines the key points of them;and at last the author summarizes current problems existing in each stage,and analyzes the influence of these problems on residents’ life,furthermore proposes the ideas to the reconstruction of the street space in the fourth chapter.The third part,based on the field investigation,introduces the plane,stereoscopic,form and decorative art characteristics of the building in front of the FAW factory.From this the author analyzes and summarizes the current problems and influence of the construction in front of the FAW factory,and proposes some ideas for its reconstruction in the fourth chapter.The fourth part based on the analysis and summary,of the first three chapters shows some ideas in the street space,architectural morphology,landscape sequences and urban facility services of the area in front of FAW factory,referring to the successful reconstruction cases in foreign countries.Space environment morphology and the architectural art characteristic constantly developed with times,while the study on the historical districts is not only the collection and the cognition to its historical imprint and its cultural accumulation,but also its characteristic induction and the refinement,and then leaves reference to the future development of the industrial historical districts.It is of great significance to the preservation of city’s historic district and historic buildings,and to continue the city’s cultural relics.
