Research On The Risk Management Of C3 Projectabout The Uban Road In The Northwest Area Of Weifang City

Construction projects has the characteristics of long period,large investment, complex construction technology, multi participant, environmental interference.Projects inevitably faces many uncertain risk, if not prevent, is likely to affect the smooth construction and operation,and even cause inestimabable losses.It is significant through the risk management to obtain the economic, social and environmental benefits of the project expected.Risk management as the management process and management activities of a system, is an indispensable link in the projects management.It is through risk identification,risk analysis,risk assessment,to find out the orresponding courtermeasures to the uncertainty risk of potential problems in operation, in order to control effectively.In this paper,I analyse current situation of highway engineering construction in our country, according to the risk characteristics of highway construction projects,combined with the method of risk management, and puts forward how to manage the risk of highway construction projests.On the basis of the theory, I analysis the risk on Weifang City Road C3 project northwest highway construction detailedly.In this paper, from the angle of project management to research, I read a lot of literatures, related research conclusions based on the summary of domestic and overseas research, adopt the method of theory study and project combination, through the "qualitative" and "quantitative" integration perspective, through the research on construction projects, come the following research conclusion:Risk management should be carried out in the highway engineering project construction.First of all,we should make a full analysis of risk; Secondly, we should study the risk of losses, the quantitative, including the risk probability and the average loss; Finally,we should put forward the corresponding methods.The innovation of this research is to analyse and explore the use of theories of risk management of highway engineering construction project, draw the process and method of risk management; Use project risk management method to do the empirical analysis on Weifang City Road area in Northwest C3 project case, find the actual problems in its risk management.Put forward the corresponding measures.
