Study On Commodity Concrete Production And Application In Jiujiang Area

This paper analyzes the development of the larger environment of domestic and international commodity concrete, then the status of the market investigation Jiujiang area to explore, such as the actual production capacity imbalance, lack of supervision, backward technology, extensive production and other issues. Although in recent years our concrete mix country has been a huge commercial development, but compared with Western countries of advanced technology and mature market is still not a small gap.In order to study influences of concrete mix impact on performance in Jiujiang area, based on the Jiujiang each concrete company and the project site to conduct field investigations, we analyze the Jiujiang area construction projects with ready-mixed concrete raw materials, major brands and types, from the project site 54 selected representative group of concrete mix and strength tests, analyze the influence of the total cementitious materials, cement, mineral admixture type and dosage and water-cement ratio on concrete strength. Studies have shown that increasing the amount of cementitious material can effectively improve the strength of concrete, cementitious material content but not the more strength will be greater, but to choose the right cement raw materials and additives for different design levels, and to control the cementitious materials in admixture proportions. After increasing the amount of cement can improve the compressive strength of concrete, but the amount of cement into the over-400kg/m3 cement content increases with the increase of concrete strength decreases.
