Today,China's entire commercial concrete industry has entered a period of rapid development,while the strong pull has a large degree of demand.The study of commercial concrete to carry out corresponding analysis and its advantages and the industry production and development trend,combined with the actual situation of Tianfu District,to study the feasibility of investment in new mixing station.Through the analysis of the feasibility of the project from the market environment,the construction plan,financial analysis,financial analysis and risk point of five aspects,through the analysis of scientific program and combining the actual situation of Tianfu District draw several conclusions as follows:1?in line with the direction of development of industry of our country,with the Tianfu District planning for the future development trend,product market development potential.2?using AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to establish structure judgment matrix obtained the feasibility study stage evaluation matrix,show that the construction project has great development value.3?the technical scheme is feasible,the analysis shows that the production technology of Tianfu District mixed soil is mature,there is no major technical problems.4?Tianfu investment of new mixing station project investment income is high,the NPV is greater than zero,with great investment value.Therefore,this project has a high investment value,so the new mixing station in Tianfu District has a strong feasibility.In order to compete for the commanding heights of the market,it is recommended that the company put into construction and put into operation as soon as possible.
