The concrete became more commercialized and high-performanced gradually.The high-performance concrete products must be based on modern enterprise management of commodity concrete to realization.Commodity concrete must be gradually toward the high performance. Both complement each other, makes concrete to the continuously, rapidly and healthily development. Due to the change of the respects such as raw materials, mixture ratio and construction technology, the mechanical behavior of commercial concrete has bigger difference compared with normal concrete. This topic devotes to find their differences, analysis that what effect does the fly ash as mineral admixture to concrete products.The subject of the research can result better expectation for commodities, mixture ratio design of concrete mixing station, and provides the test basis for concrete structure design, and is conducive to the further development of commercial concrete.Commercial concrete is a kind of production that supplied to the user in the form of commodity after making concentrated. The greatly improved concrete is on the basis of four components of ordinary concrete,adding mineral admixtures and high admixture, using the modern construction technology and combining with strict quality management. This article aims at the actual situation of construction industry in Gansu Qingyang region, using local raw materials and cooperate with ratios and preparation of goods, carries out the structural performance of experiment, and preparation into concrete block. After standard curing mechanics performance test,income the data into strength curve, strength grade-elastic modulus curve of qingyang region. At last, comparing with ordinary concrete corresponding specification values.Currently, fly ash is the highest utilization rate of the mineral admixture. The study found that the mixing fly ash concrete performance is also improved and the corresponding compressive estimate value specification is on the high side,the same strength grade of elastic modulus value is also increased compared with the corresponding specification. In order to deeply study the effects of fly ash on how does it effect the different performance of concrete products. Based on the calculation method to determine the mixture ratio, and under different curing ages and different dosage of fly ash of the commercial concrete contrast test. The concrete experiment content includes:(1)Based on the mixture slump and extension test, work out fly ash content on the properties of commercial concrete work.(2)Through to carry out the commercial concrete block cube’s compressive strength and the rebound value experiment and the axial compressive strength and modulus of elasticity test,find out the content of fly ash on compressive strength of concrete products,the springback value and the influence law on modulus of elasticity...
