So this paper isbuilding during the whole process of concrete cracks formation reasonsand methods for prevention,give a preliminary discussion.Through measured12groups60lumps of shrinkage of concretespecimens in the whole length of the average value of deformationmeasurement in series180days,this paper observed and analyzed thedevelopment trend of cracks, find out commodity shrinkage of concreterules, gives commodity concrete’s shrinkage calculation formula for prevention and controling, and provide theoretical basis for theready-mixed concrete cracks. Furthermore, through engineering examplesto illustrate the cracks appear in commodity concrete’s shrinkage rule.Then under comparative analysis of domestic and international norms, thecalculation formulas of the cracks and discuss its advantages anddisadvantages. Finally comprehensive above work done, considering thefactors of cracks, and puts forward the measures of preventionmerchandise concrete cracks.
