Attachment type scaffold is a new type of intelligent equipment for building construction. At present, the automatic control system used in the market adopts hydraulic synchronous cylinder control, hydraulic stepping control, electro-hydraulic proportional fuzzy adaptive PID control strategy, but there are some differences between the frame body and the height difference between the two bodies, which can not effectively control the height difference. The emergence of the lifting system is beyond the specified height difference and the alarm, the need for manual adjustment of the situation, which seriously affected the progress of building construction. The lifting of the scaffold is essentially a problem of small inertia, large time delay, control object is not sure, with the gradual increase in the requirements of the scaffolding, the conventional hydraulic power, with a single control technology has been difficult to achieve control of the object. Therefore, the expert fuzzy control technology is adopted to realize the lifting of the scaffold, and the pressure ratio between the two bodies is maintained at 1:1, so as to achieve the purpose of the consistency of the lift.In view of the actual engineering problems raised by a company, this paper summarizes the status quo of scaffold lifting control technology and application, and points out the problems that need to be further studied and solved; The expert system and fuzzy control are analyzed, and a kind of expert fuzzy control technology is proposed and applied in the control of scaffold.; Design and implementation of the control system of the main control box and the sub control box; the design of the control system simulation research and system debugging operation, verify the control system can be a good solution to the problem of the scaffolding movements.
