| Movable scaffolding system construction methods are widely used in highway bridge construction in our country,it has some advantages such as fast construction,high efficiency,less affected the traffic under the bridge,so it is widely used in bridge construction in our country.In this article,a survey on the origin and development of the movable scaffolding system construction method in our country and abroad is made.And taking the actual engineering as the research background,the paper analyzes the mechanics performance of the movable scaffolding system frame girder structure in different construction conditions.Taking the MSS55 movable scaffolding system equipment as the research object,in the paper I use the finite element software MIDAS/FEA to build a model of the frame girder of the movable scaffolding system.The frame girder structure of the movable scaffolding system is analyzed by using finite element method in the step casting construction strength,stiffness and stability in different working conditions.In the real engineering construction,the high bridge pier construction situation can usually be seen,the movable scaffolding system equipment may need to be lift.During the lifting,the stress of the lifting point is absolutely lager than any other place.It need us pay more attention to.In the third chapter of this paper,I make a finite element model of the two different lifting point structures,study the stress of the part structure of the lifting point during the process of lifting,and give some optimization advice for both of the two forms of lifting point.It usually undertake the whole across casting construction when using the movable scaffolding system construction,but this limits the movable scaffolding system construction span."Casting in pieces" construction idea can make it come true that the movable scaffolding system can be used in large span bridge construction.In the fourth chapter of this paper,a study for the movable scaffolding system construction concept of "casting in pieces" is made;and a analysis from the aspects of time limit for a project,cost and safety is taken out,the result show us it is feasible to make the idea come true.And then the finite element calculation is taken out,the stress of the movable scaffolding system frame girder structure in different long-span constructions is analyzed and calculated.The result will provide guidance for the movable scaffolding system when it is used in long-span bridge construction. |
