Research On Plant Landscape Of High-grade Multi-storey Or High-rise Residential Areas In Hangzhou

Residential green space is an important part of urban green space system, which is the nearest urban landscape and closely related to people’s daily life. It is one of the most important factors that constitute a high quality living environment. With the continuous improvement of people’s living standard in our country, more people pursue high quality of high-grade residential area. And the plant landscape in high-grade residential is also getting more attention from the buyers, which is also becoming one of the criteria for a residential area. The high rate of plant landscape is not equal to the high quality environment, and only scientific plant configuration and design can form high quality landscape.This study chose five representative high-quality multi-storey and high-rise residential areas for investigation and analysis (Hope Town, Spring River Flower Moon, Sincere Garden,City Star,The One), which were developed by GreenTown real estate and BinJiang real estate. According to different residential green space function, divide the plant landscape into four blocks, including public green space, building nearby green space, road green space and subsidiary green space. Detail study and analyze has been made to the different zones of these five samples. The study includes the plant breed of the upper, middle, ground floors, the function and elements which construct the green space and the changes of color smell and seasonal forms.According to the records of instance data, this paper summarizes four points of the plant landscape construction characteristics and skills of high-grade residential area in the Hangzhou area. First, Residential plant landscape construction is affected by the scenery spots of Hangzhou West Lake. For example, cedar or sycamore with large open lawn is classic open forest landscape spot. And in these five cases, the park lawn has its charm and style; Another sample is "demonstrate agent mei", five cases has a very wide range of applications of plum flower, which often have a piece of "merlin" dotted throughout the plant landscape. Second, to meet the needs of residents, different characteristics formed in different blocks plant landscape, to create comfortable living environment. Third, pay attention to harmonizing the contradictions from the aesthetics and functional use in planting and architecture design. Fourth, plant landscape design should be diversified, which will meet the needs and preferences of all kinds of people. Fifth, choose native plants such as camphor and fragrans to make a full use of high standard plant resource.So far, there are some shortages in Hangzhou plant construction, including blindly use of alien plant species, which will appear such as weak growth, disease-resistant ability is weak, and even death due to the water situation or inappropriate management. Which is also greatly weakened the residential landscape scenery. A typical example is Phoenix canariensis, which has good landscape effect, but not adapt to the local climate in Hangzhou. Even if the winter under the condition of keep warm of plant measures and its mortality rate is high. It puts forward high demands on residential area in the late maintenance.
