With the continuous improvement of living standards, the high afforestation rate of residential areagreening level at the same time also put forward higher request. The construction of residential areagreening environment is no longer a simple landscape design and ecological design, but the unity oflandscape, ecology and health care. Therefore, establishing a reasonable evaluation system in all aspectsof the comprehensive advantages, effective to evaluate residential plant landscape whether good or bad,and the plant landscape of residential district plant community ecology and the health care function.Making it into effect is the main starting point of this paper. In this paper, the three residential areas ofHangzhou plant community species composition, flora case air negative ions concentration and airquality. Plant landscape, ecological and landscape effects of residential are carried on the thoroughanalysis, pointing out the deficiency of residential plant landscape of Hangzhou and puting forwardsome suggestions on optimizing. In order to provide theoretical basis and practical reference forbuilding "ecological","beautiful" and "care" living environment of Hangzhou.All of the32plant communities of three residential areas, there are74species,60genus and83families of plants, of which64species belong to local plants of Zhejiang province, accounting for86.5%of the total number of plants investigated. The average of the density of trees and shrubs than is0.0089all of the32plant communities, the density of tree layer is far less than the shrub layer. Theaverage species richness of tree, shrub andgrass, in32communities was4.7917, Gleason average index0.9794,Margalef average index1.0847, Shannon-Wienner average index1.1271, Berger-Parker averageindex0.7227, Pielou average index0.6745.From march2012to January2013, the air anion concentration, inhalable particulate, temperatureand humidity were measured in three residential areas. After analysis, the results showed that the airanion concentration in Residential areas were higher than the West Lake Cluture square. During a year,the air quality rating order is summer>autumn>spring>winter. The air anion concentration of plantcommunity rating order is summer>spring>autumn>winter. The air anion concentration has negativelycorrelated with temperature and inhalable particulate, and it has positive correlation with humidity andwind speed. Using analytic hierarchy process to evaluate residential plant community landscape, In theevaluation system, the weight of plant community ecology and health care function have moreimportant than visual quality. comprehensive evaluation index of community grade Ⅰh as5; gradeⅡ has23; grade Ⅲhas4; Putting forward the Optimization Suggestions according to the existing problems: toimprove self-sustaining and self-renewal of plant communities of gradeⅠ; poor visual quality of plantcommunities of grade Ⅱ and Ⅲshould consider the leaf, flower, fragrance and other factors, using theappropriate health-care plants and aromatic plants; poor ecological efficiency, health-care function ofplant communities of grade Ⅱ and Ⅲare due to increase amount of coniferous trees and water features.
