The traditional method of semi-rigid base asphalt concrete pavement construction has some drawbacks,One of the main problem is the construction vehicles cause for early damage of semi-rigid base.Based on the thinking to decrease the early disruption of asphalt pavement, this paper studies the technique of asynchronous continuous paving semi-rigid base. Pavement subbase and base, base and surface of the continuous construction is an important characteristic of this technology, which is the upper construction is finished in the lower effective rolling compaction time, through asynchronous continuous paving and rolling at the same time to complete the up and down at the grassroots level construction process.During the research,we guided by the theory. Widely consult about semi-rigid base asphalt roadbed academic literature, understand and grasp some of the newest research theory, analyze and summary the relevant data. At the same time, combined with a large number of laboratory test data, analyzed the different asphalt pavement structure layer under the condition of different indexes by the mechanical analysis software, the feasibility of asynchronous continuous paving technique is studied.Using asynchronous continuous paving technique paving the test section In Cangzhou Huanghua 307 national highway overhaul maintenance engineering, and embedded in the bottom of a subbase layer bottom tensile stress sensors to monitor pavement base, through comparison of measured data and theoretical calculation of the data found that, the application software analysis calculation accuracy is higher, the result of the theoretical research results can be applied to the actual construction.
