As the main pavement structure in express highways in China,the asphalt pavementhas excellent mechanical characteristics and pavement performances.But it still had lotsof diseases of diffcult problems to be solve,it was mainly pavement cracking and theother problems which derived from pavement cracking. Although the road of scientificand technical workers carried out a series of research in our country,they did notfundamentally find the effective methods to prevent cracks of asphalt pavement.This research group develops low-cost and delayed coagulation micro-expansionanti-cracking agent,which is made from chemical waste pozzolanic reaction.Because ofretarding effect for the cement and micro-expansion effect,these characteristics can beeffective compensation base material the influence of temperature shrinkage and dryingshrinkage.By mixed the base materials with different proportion anti-cracking agent,theresults of compressive strength test and splitting tensile strength test are studied. It showsthat when the anti-cracking agent dosage ratio for cement doses of6%, the results canmeet the requirements of specification, the time of delayed coagulation is nine hours.For up to9hours of retarded, it has plenty of time for continuous construction forthe organization design of construction. This paper puts forward construction method ofcombination rolling, it greatly improves the construction efficiency. The compactiondegree reachs94%~96%,the road of base and the connection of surface have best effect.The test of detection in experimental road shows indexes of pavement meeting therequirements of the standard.Continuous construction in the road of base and theconnection of surface can improve efficiency of construction and resist shrinkage cracks.The ANSYS finite element analysis software analyzes the different mechanical responsein different contact for base and surface of road.The theoretical calculation for theinterlayer maximum tensile stress and maximum shear stress between the layers showedthat continuous construction has mechanical advantage.The paving of experimental road verified the rationality of the construction organization design.Core sampling shows thatthe surface shear and drawing the stress reaches the standard requirement.
