In conventional asphalt concrete pavement construction, the pavement layer is paved independently. The pavement of upper layer could only be done after the following paving layer was fully hardened, stabled and examined. In traditional construction technology, the connection of layer was easy be polluted, the cohesion was weak, and the period of construction was long. Because of this fault Double Layer Paving technology was invented. Now there were no standard for the construction of double-layer paving. So the popularize for the Double Layer Paving technology wan limitedThis paper does system study for the application of Double Layer Paving technology in the asphalt surface and the semi-rigid base level. First, the paper analyzes the characteristics of double layer pavers. In contrast with the traditional construction process where proposed double-layer paving technology has increased bond performance, optimize the structure, reducing temperature loss and reduce the layer disposal measures and so on. In order to meet the needs of construction and do full use of equipment, the paper also studied the cluster of matching technology to identify the main core equipment, pavers, mechanical type, number of optimized allocation and other issues. Secondly, according to laboratory experiments and experience in Double Layer paving for semi rigid some thesis such as: health cycle, construction technical preparation, paving control, rolling control problems were studied systematically. Finally, comparative analysis traditional construction methods and double-layer paving from the economic point, provide reference for the choice of construction methods.At present there are no relevant standard for the technology of Double Layer Paving, thus, in the thesis, on the base of theoretical analysis and experiments combine with practical project Double Layer Paving technology was studied. The Conclusions have certain significance for the construction of asphalt surface layer and semi-rigid with double-layer paving technology. |
