Due to increase of traffic flow , axle load and overloading phenomenon , slippage offten appears between base course and surface course in semi-rigid base asphalt pavements , especially in semi-rigid base asphalt pavements of low grade roads of mountainous area . Therefore , based on slippage causation between base course and surface course , analysis of shearing strength between base course and surface course and shear resistant ability tests , systemic research on skidresistance techniques between base course and surface course are carried out in this paper .According to investigation results of slippage damage between base course and surface course in semi-rigid base asphalt pavements , damage characteristics and causations are analyzed , preliminary countermeasures are put forward ; Based on elastic multi-layer theory with Bisar programme used as calculation tool , shearing strength between base course and surface course and its influencing factors and regulations are analyzed ; DLG-A testing instrument is self-developed , through contrast tests and orthogonal experiments , skidresistance ability between base course and surface course is researched under conditions of different base courses , surface courses , gradations , disposal measures and temperature conditions . On this base , skidresistance technique measures between base course and surface course are researched systematically , shearing strength between base course and surface course is used as index to estabilish design standard , measures to improve skidresistant ability and to decrease shearing strength are put forward . At the same time , enhanced management and maintenance , improve of construction quality , restriction of overloading vehicles are advocated .
