The accelerating of urbanization in China in the 21 st century and the optimization of industrial structure,modern industrial processing industry from the early to the transition to the electronic information industry, biological, chemical, mechanical industry based high-tech industries, that is, from labor-intensive transformation promoted to information technology, intensive. The development of modern industry to the functional requirement of the industrial building is gradually increasing, research and development, experiment, show, and other functions are indispensable in the modern industrial park. As a single function, industrial enterprises in the park once incidental supporting construction—— Production R & D Building, gradually increased its position in the park, to complex functional(set research and development, experiment, office and business negotiation, display, production, and other functions into one) figurative expression of the spirit of enterprise culture comprehensive transformation of building types. It not only represents the image of an enterprise, and is the center of the operation of the entire park, plays an important role in the whole park, on the architectural design of the composite function and image have more specific and unique directivity, puts forward higher requirements on architectural design. Therefore, how to design the park developed comprehensive production floor, meet the requirements of applicable, safe, beautiful, etc, is the designer must face the problem.I discovered through research, our small and medium enterprises within the industrial park due to firm size, internal allocation of resources and financial strength are all very limited, in the continuous development of modern industry and optimize industrial structure, production scale as well as R & D building design strategies are different from corporate R & D building design strategies and production of large enterprises, while its share in China’s current industrial park has the largest enterprises, therefore, within the architectural design of new industrial park building production and development of SMEs, there are still a lot of room for development. At the same time the author access to relevant literature, found in modern industrial production mode of small and medium-sized enterprise production research building of the architectural design research, so I want to sum up their experiences and problems to follow the practice of the project done by instructors, do deeper research.In this article, the author firstly combined with the object of the thesis, on the basis of a large number of references and field investigation, survey development and analysis of the development of production research and development building parks and development characteristics of domestic and industrial parks, proposed the development trend of China’s production and research and development within the industrial park building,and combined with my instructor made during graduate follow the design of the Production R & D Building of Xi’an Orientrust Electric bicycle Co.Ltd, summed up in a modern industrial enterprise design strategies park building production and development of SMEs, I hope to provide some advice and feedback on their development,and follow the experiences and problems in the design process mentor objective summary description, produce guiding significance for future design work.
