| China is in the process of rapid development f modernization,and great changes have taken place in the size and capacity of cities,which have influenced the direction of urban growth.These changes will accelerate the process of urbanization and the change of the city space structure,in this case,some of the old plant,old factory building and old industrial site industrial buildings,such as how to solve the problem before our eyes,the abandoned industrial buildings have recorded the human civilization development history,is the city’s memory,it is inevitable to update.Therefore,the protection and reuse of industrial heritage buildings has become a hot topic now,and various countries are carrying out continuous exploration and research.The research object of this paper is the abandoned industrial sites in China.The specific research direction is to achieve reuse by resetting the functions of the abandoned buildings on the premise of the protection of industrial sites.At present,there are many theoretical researches and successful cases in China,such as "798" Art Center in Beijing and Red Brick Factory in Guangzhou,etc.,through changing the traditional demolition form,resources can be optimized and utilized.This paper prepared from two aspects of theory and practice of indoor and outdoor space transformation of abandoned industrial buildings and reset to study,from the ruins of the building,the thorough analysis,clear the trend of the development of recycling for old building,exploration based on the old factory building reconstruction for leisure space design,and to design buildings surrounding area environment,so as to bring economic and environmental benefits for the society.In the research process,through the theoretical and practical research and analysis of the spatial rearrangement of abandoned industrial buildings in domestic and foreign industrial sites,further demonstration is of great significance for the functional rearrangement of abandoned industrial buildings.This article foothold in one of the birthplace of modern industry in wuhan,wuhan hanyang hanyang iron works in the history of the city’s location selected as the research object,by hanyang iron works within the abandoned industrial buildings for the transformation objects,through the analysis of the history of the region,environment,resources and geographical factors,such as determining the abandoned industrial buildings of the transformation using the form and design method,build targeted transformation strategy,finally use the transformation strategy and design ideas on reconstruction of the specific analysis and verification. |
