Reconstitution Of Countryside——Spatial Analysis Of “Guan Zhong Impression Experiencing Hub”of Yuan Jia Village

In recent years, with continuously development of the socialism new rural construction and the implementation of the integration of urban and rural construction, the rural areas in our country have got impressive development. The rural space construction is becoming more complete. However, due to the upsurge of rural population outflow and the wider gap between urban and rural areas, the development of rural spatial construction exposed many problems and contradictions gradually. For instance, the waste and empty space of former villages, new countryside construction has no originality and the decrease of countryside spatial development speed. Yuan Jia Village, which is located in Liquan, Shannxi province maybe can give us some new revelations about rural construction. As a good example of the Guanzhong region rural suburbs tourism spatical construction, Yuan Jia Village well explained the harmony symbiotic relationship between rural space and tourism development, rural space and industrial development, rural space and folklore show, rural space and culture inheritance, which has also become the reason why I choose Yuan Jia Village as research subject.In this paper, the current situation of rural development in Guanzhong area is the research background, and the development process of Yuan Jia Village is the research premise, and the spatial analysis of present Yuan Jia Village is the main research content. Through the analysis of land layout, space structure, space sequence, space types, space form and community organizations, we can understand the concrete way of Yuan Jia Village spatiacl construction. In the concrete research process, I used a variety of combined methods such as research, sorting, analogy, quantitative, and graphic,to show as clearly as possible the characteristics of overall spatial pattern of Yuan Jia Village, streets organization features, courtyard layout, building style,spaical features and environment construction, so as to find the spatical constructin mode which can meet the demand for both rural personality and modern tourism development, and provide some concrete and effective reference for the suburban tourism rural construction in the Guanzhong region.Although the main foothold of this research is "spatial analysis", it also discussed the industry business model, development and construction mode, operation and management mode, the composition mode of formats, and the functional organization mode for rural tourism development in some degree, which made ue to understand the benign sustainable development of rural space is determined by several factors together, and pay attention to the spatical construction method, as well as make comprehensive consideration for the coordination of other factors.
