Research On Village Planning Strategy Of Yuan’an Mountain Area Based On The Integration Of Three Industries

Under the guidance and encouragement of relevant policies of the "agriculture industry" in the No.1 central document of the Party Central Committee,the rural development models of the three industries are mainly developed in all rural areas of China,and the driving role of industry in the development of villages is increasingly prominent.Mountainous village is a difficult and important part of village planning and development,which is greatly affected by the terrain and natural environment and develops slowly,so it can not directly follow the method of industrial development and planning and construction of plain village.Based on the summary and inductive analysis as the research method,combined with the existing theoretical and practical research,on the basis of the analysis of the status quo of villages in Yuan’an mountain area,this paper puts forward the village planning strategy based on the integration of three industries in Yuan’an mountain area,and verifies the feasibility of the strategy with an example.Firstly,the policy documents of the national,provincial and municipal villages and industrial development are sorted out to clarify the policy support of the integration of the three industries.Then,it summarizes the theoretical and practical research on the integration of three industries and mountainous villages,analyzes and studies the typical cases of the integration of three industries driving the development of villages at home and abroad,and summarizes the beneficial practical experience for the development of villages in Yuan’an mountainous area.Then,it systematically analyzes the development status of the primary,secondary and tertiary industries and the construction status of village infrastructure and public service facilities in Yuan’an mountain area,studies and judges the combination of villages and industrial development in Yuan’an mountain area,and on this basis,it puts forward the village industrial planning strategies of optimizing the primary industry,strengthening the secondary industry and activating the tertiary industry,so as to shape the characteristic landscape and develop the rural economy in Yuan’an mountain area The planning strategy of village characteristic protection is to develop traditional agriculture,continue local settlements and inherit folk culture,and the planning strategy of village support system is to improve the village road traffic system and speed up the construction of infrastructure and public service facilities.Finally,taking Longfeng village of Hualinsi town as the research object,this paper makes an empirical study of village planning in Yuan’an mountain area based on the integration of three industries.Based on the existing agricultural products such as fruits,edible fungi and traditional Chinese medicine,an industrial development mode of integration of rural tourism industry will be formed.The integration of three industries will drive the construction of infrastructure and public service facilities in Longfeng village,further protect and make use of the village characteristics such as "stone" theme,Taoist culture and red culture,and then develop the rural tourism industry with distinctive characteristics and complete facilities The village industry based on the cooperation forms a virtuous circle of the development of Longfeng village.Through the study of village planning strategy based on the integration of three industries in Yuan’an mountain area,this paper makes a basic research on the village construction in Yuan’an mountain area,and summarizes the planning practice experience of the integration of three industries and village development in Yuan’an mountain area,so as to provide some reference for the planning and construction of other mountain villages.
