As the construction technology of project is changeable,the construction environment is bad and the operation personnel flow greatly,construction safety accidents happen frequently.At present in the accident prevention and control work,the experience of the case reuse rate is low,resulting in the accident analysis and control measures making it is difficult to draw a similar historical case,lead to the efficiency and the level of information security of accident control is not high.The traditional methods,measures and means of accident control have some limitations.In view of this,this paper introduces ontology technology into the field of construction safety accident control,and puts forward new methods and ideas for safety accident control.Firstly,statistical analysis of construction safety accidents happened in 2012-2016,summed up the current accident control process deficiencies,then puts forward the overall framework of the control model of construction safety accidents based on ontology consists of three core modules: the establishment of construction safety accidents knowledge of ontology,accident diagnosis based on Jess and control measures based on the case of the accident reasoningIn the part of construction accident knowledge ontology base,firstly analyzes the accident knowledge composition and sources;secondly defines the concept and attributes of knowledge of accident and said the use of ontology OWL language;finally,constructs the building safety accident ontology library using ontology development software protégé;in the accident diagnosis,according to SWRL case diagnosis rules and technical specifications for the accident history writing industry ontology,discusses how to use Jess to realize fault diagnosis and inference engine are analyzed;in the part of making accident control measures based on ontology and case-based reasoning technology,put forward the concept of semantic similarity and improved method of determining attribute weights improvement based on rough set method,determined by calculating the comprehensive similarity of similar cases,according to the key attribute similarity process Finally,the main conclusions and shortcomings of the thesis are revised.The Ontology and CBR used in the construction safety accident control field,improve the existing accident of control theory,improve the intelligence level of the construction safety accident control,and provide a way to improve accident control technology more scientific and intelligent.
