Research On The Configuration Of The Public Service Facilities Of Phoenix Ancient Village In Shenzhen

With rapid development of Shenzh en urbanization, the original ancient villages were replaced by urban villages and new architectures, and there were less and less well saved ancient villages, and this is an important reason why Shenzhen is considered lacked of culturality. Public service facilities, as basic necessities in urban construction, are divided to two types: one serves the city, one serves the countryside. December 12 to 13, 2014, xi jinping pointed out in the central conference of urbanization, the urbanization is path to moder nization, to improve population quality and residents’ quality of life, to tradition culture, the development of historical memory, the beautiful town of local characteristics and national characteristics. Based on the order of the Phoenix, an ancient village as the research object, using the network analysis method to study its public service facilities, according to the order of the Phoenix, an ancient village population composition, historical value and the particularity of the public service facilities is optimized.This paper studies the background of Phoenix ancient village and concludes that Phoenix ancient village is a historical and well saved village, which makes it a potential touring village. But present environment and lack of supporting facilit ies has become restraining factor s for protecting and developing Phoenix ancient village. T his Paper using questionnaire survey method to investigate what facilities do residents and tourists need most. Secondly this paper using n etwork analysis method to analysis the situation of public service facilities and touring service facilities in and around Phoenix ancient village. It comes to a conclusion that the public service facilities are short in both quantity and specie and touring service facilities are lack of specie and best touring route. Considering these issues and suggestions from the residents and lack of space around Phoenix ancient village, this paper using network analysis method to configure appropriate quantity of service facilities which is configure these facilities around existing dilapidated buildings.Against Phoenix ancient village and the surrounding residential area of life service facilities allocation, the result can be the same size of culture of the ancient village to provide relate d basis. At the same time, in view of the tourist service facilities to the ancient village tourism development of the scenic spot can provide better conditions, the basis of promote the development of the tourism industry vigorously, drive the local emplo yment, income, increase the local economy sustainable development, in turn, makes the ancient village, as well as other will develop the tourism industry, an ancient village of the same size of the given reference.
