Study On Mountainous Land Planning And Design In Zhangzhou Developing Zone Based On The Concept Of Slow Tourism

With the development of economics, life with rapid pace has shown many shortcomings. For example, it prevents people from both mental and physical health. The ratio of people with sub-health increases, and more and more people have the chronic disease. With this background, the concept of low life comes into beings. Slow life is decreasing the speed and pace, returning to the nature so as to be harmony with nature, experiencing the local culture and native legends. In this paper, based on Zhangzhou Development Zone, we study the corresponding tourism planning strategy.After analyzing and reviewing extensive literature, we perform the fundamental basics for the research. The tourism trend under slow life concept is analyzed and the essence of slow life is also revealed. With the development of tourism from leisure tourism, vocation tourism, ecological tourism to carbon tourism, the requirement of travelling changes everlasting. The concept and essence of slow life are introduced. The essence of slow life includes 3D, 3S, 3L, 3R, 3N and other characteristics. We analyze the elements of tourism space and slow life tourism. Combined with the background of Zhangzhou, we analyze the source of this project, histories, basics, conditions and resources to understand it better.Based on the Zhangzhou Development Zone, we analyze the basics under the concept of slow life, including locations, transportation, resources and environment, potential clients, requirements, and SWOTS. After analyzing the current tourism, we propose the direction and aim of the development zone. As a sequel, based on the local resources and requirements, we analyze the design the tourism planning, and propose a tourism project that mainly focuses on ecological, culture, vocation and so on.We propose the planning strategy for slow life tourism, according to the basic elements of tourism, including function elements, transportation elements, landscape elements and activities. For the designing, we improve the overall function layout, partition the function and space structure, and build the transportation system as well based on the concept of slow life. In addition, we cultivate the landscape by considering the natural resources, design the overall landscape, node landscape and flow landscape. Various colorful activities are designed, including holiday activity and daily activity.
