Shezhen’s summer is very hot and wet,the demand of natural ventilation form window is huge for residential,but the traffic noise seriously affect the residence along street, their windows and doors close most of the time to reduce the traffic noise interference, the air conditioning equipment is essential. the natural ventilation problems lead to higher energy consumption pressure to shenzhen.Shenzhen’s residential energy consumption is occupying more and more proportion of building’s energy consumption, making full use of natural ventilation could reduce mechanical ventilation’s electricity consumption,reduce residential building’s energy consumption and build a conservation-minded city is of great significance. Natural ventilation can provide fresh and clean air while lower the indoor temperature,the indoor air quality and thermal environmental comfort level improved. So solve the natural ventilation condition of residential along street and find the noise reduction measure is the research topic of this paper.Based on the shenzhen streetly tower high-rise residential natural ventilation and noise reduction method for the study of the combination of the core contents of the street in shenzhen area point high-rise residential field investigation, analysis of the distribution, characteristics, existence of natural ventilation and traffic noise problems, summarizing the street point high-rise residential representative, in the form of research model is set up, on the CFD simulation and wind noise simulation,simulation results analysis put forward the optimization scheme, and simulation verification, summed up the shenzhen street point high-rise residential integrated design methods of natural ventilation and noise reduction means.This paper first introduces the climate characteristics of shenzhen, according to the characteristics of the research summary point high-rise residential street, and then respectively from two aspects of the natural ventilation and noise reduction,discusses design method for high-rise residential street in shenzhen, sums up out the combination optimization design of natural ventilation and noise reduction strategy,finally proposed the shenzhen street point of high-rise residential natural ventilation and noise reduction design optimization design methods, in order to improve the street point high-rise residential indoor living quality, conform to the development direction of green building.
