Research On The Coordinated Development And Layout Optimization Strategy Of "Three Living Spaces" In Rural Areas In The Hilly Areas Of Northern Sichuan

Rural areas are the origin of social development,and urban development is derived from the differentiation of rural settlements and relies on rural areas for sustainable development,indicating that rural areas play an unshakable role in social development.However,with the excessive development of cities,the characteristics of urban land expansion and population aggregation are becoming increasingly apparent,leading to intuitive problems such as rural population loss and land occupation.Along with them,there are also issues such as rural land conversion,rural hollowing out,and ecological pollution,making rural space a vulnerable area in social and economic construction.In recent years,the country has attached great importance to rural development and implemented a series of measures to improve rural development,such as the construction of beautiful rural areas and rural revitalization strategies,which have made great progress in rural development,but have not solved the problems caused by excessive urban development in rural areas.The contradiction of uncoordinated rural spatial development still exists and is increasingly prominent.Therefore,optimizing rural space from the perspective of "three living" spatial coordination is of great practical significance for achieving rural revitalization and sustainable development.Taking Jiulong Town in the hilly area of eastern Sichuan Province as an example,based on the concept of "sansheng" space,the theory of human land relationship,the theory of optimal allocation of land resources,and the theory of sustainable development,the paper uses literature review,field research,questionnaire survey,quantitative and qualitative methods to study the eight villages in the north of Jiulong Town,and analyzes the characteristics and problems of the "sansheng" space development in hilly villages,Build an evaluation index system for the comprehensive development level of Jiulong Town’s "San Sheng" space,analyze the coordination of "San Sheng" space development,and propose the optimization strategy of rural spatial pattern by scale.The results indicate that:(1)the current development status of rural ecological space in the hilly areas of northern Sichuan is characterized by a relatively concentrated distribution of arable land in production space,insufficient agricultural facilities,lack of characteristic products,and low agricultural product output value;The layout of residential land in living spaces is scattered,with a high per capita living area,but insufficient infrastructure and public service facilities,resulting in severe population loss and aging;The ecological space is relatively large in hilly and mountainous areas and ecological forests,with abundant ecological resources,poor water purification ability,and relatively sensitive ecology.(2)The comprehensive development level score of the eight villages and three living spaces is between0.3537 and 0.5889,which can be divided into three levels: strong,medium,and weak,and the overall level is relatively low;The score of rural coupling coordination is between 0.3371 and0.4427,which can be divided into two types: impending imbalance and mild imbalance.The former is manifested as a slowdown in rural development speed,and the "three living spaces" gradually developing towards their respective good goal oriented trends.The latter mainly manifests as a certain type of space occupying a dominant position,while other spaces gradually improve and improve.(3)Based on the comprehensive development level calculation of the coupling and coordination of the spatial development of the "Three Lives" in rural areas,and based on the analysis of the current situation of the "Three Lives" space in rural areas,the calculation results of the comprehensive development level and coordination degree,corresponding optimization strategies are proposed from four aspects: the comprehensive development level,dominant functions,development types,and coupling and coordination degree of the village,And based on this,a rural space optimization strategy is proposed,which includes optimizing living space facilities,centralized processing,transforming and upgrading production space,improving efficiency,focusing on ecological space protection,and suitable for development.
