Research On Scheme Improvement For General Contract Management For Hangyu Building Of Beijing Tianrun Company

The construction industry is the pillar industry of the national economy, and it has an important impact on the national economy. These day people become to strive for excellence in demand and building decoration. In order to cope with the new situation, general contract management of construction project of fine decorated has become a management mode which make project construction change from extensive to intensive. With the advantage of allocation of resources and comprehensive benefits, it has become the main mode of international engineering contracting construction market. Facing the new background of general contract management of construction project, in order to improve the level of organizational management for Beijing Tianrun, we use general contract management of construction project of fine decorated for Hang Yu building as the participant to do the research by combing the theory of quality management.Firstly, this paper deeply analyze the management situation and problems of Beijing Tianrun in connection with the external and internal environment, and we study the general situation and the characteristics and difficult problems of general contract management of construction project of fine decorated for Hang Yu building.Secondly, this paper analyzes the problem faced by Beijing Tianrun and the causes of its problem from many aspects. These aspects include the contradiction among managers, low management execution and the difficulties in conducting the project.Thirdly, this paper optimizes the problem of management mode of general contract management of construction project of Beijing Tianrun company. Besides, we optimize the management process and problem of the company and project in all aspects.Finally, this paper put forward a series of security measures which involved in the optimization scheme of general contract management of construction project of Beijing Tianrun company.In accordance with the technical documents and corresponding standard system, this design combined with the actual management status of Beijing Tianrun company, and mainly complete the establishment and optimization of the whole construction scheme of fine decorated project of Hang Yu building. In the end, we put forward the guarantee measures of technology, quality, safety, cost and schedule.
