Lifting machinery after a long period of development and practice in the design, operating system design, design of protective measures has been very mature, but the design in some details still remain in the more extensive stage, does not meet the human factors engineering Claim. Therefore, to improve the design details of lifting machinery can not only improve the efficiency of lifting equipment will enhance operator comfort lifting machinery related workers, reducing driver fatigue driving, improve the efficiency of the lifting operation.This paper describes the development of China’s lifting machinery, analyzes the current design of all aspects of lifting machinery, lifting machinery found in current designs do not meet people because the details of engineering problems. And the use of human factors engineering theory, analysis and research on the problem, the application of human-size model, workspace design knowledge, lifting machinery ladder, cab, portable control devices and walkway space design and layout to optimize the design. So lifting machinery to the relevant workers can provide a comfortable working environment as much as possible to reduce the possibility of misuse, improving the safety and efficiency of the lifting operation.
