The Study Of The Selection Methods And The Technical Standards Of The Large Transport Channel

If bulky goods can successfully delivered to the destination, its safety, timeliness is critical, not only affect the economic development, it has a major impact on the large national defense construction projects.The choice of transport routes, roads technical standards and other issues largely determine the limit of large transport can proceed smoothly, and these issues need to distinguish between the transport of conventional cargo, the paper studies the following three aspects:By collecting the existing national highway in the western region, the number of road network in the province’s main highway, mileage,technical level,geographical environment, according to the large transport vehicle type, size and load profile, analysis the suitability of the large transport channel.Through visits to research the production of large transport companies, transport enterprises, the management, understanding the process of large transport problems to be solved, questionnaire the factors affecting the large transport channel selection,using Analytic Hierarchy Process to determine the principles of selecting large transport channel,comprehensive production,transportation,distribution demand vendors of large transport,using entropy method to determine the path optimization factors weights in the selected transport routes, using the coordination theory, select the optimal path, in line with the principle of economy, choose two large transport by sea route, forming two vertical and two horizontal nationwide large transport water and land transport network.Line preferred method is applied to actual large transport projects, to test the theoretical results.Statistics the basic state of large transport vehicles,obtained the technical standards of Chengdu "large transport road" and highway of Dandong(Gucheng) to Benxi(Nanfen) of through research.Analysis the technical standards of two roads,because of "large transport road" technology standard discrete greater its value,selected 85% technical standards,and compared with highway and "Highway Engineering Technical Standards"(JTG B01-2003) technical standards,comparison and selection, combined with the growth rate,for the characteristics of the large transport goods,the technical standards does not meet the road transport currently required to be made recommendations values,providing a reference for future large transport channel technology standards.The outcome of the application will increase the large transport safety, timeliness, economy, for the smooth transportation of bulky provide theoretical support.In this paper, supported by the Ministry of Transport projects in the research process.
