The three-dimensional structure of welding fixture has been designed by the process documents. Then put them into the simulation environment to simulate the welding process of the main welding line. Finally get the conclusion that the structure of welding fixture is feasible, the layout is reasonable, the rhythm of production meet the requirements, the welding line can be put into product. Designing the welding line based on the digital factory can shorten the design time and reduce the design cost, has important significance for the independent brand car to enhance the market competitiveness.
