The Research On The Process Program Of Mini Truck Welding Line

Along with the development of logistics,truck,as a transportation tool,has been popularized well.Raw vehicle body is one of the most important part of a truck that the end user has higher and higher requirement,so manufacturing precision has become a key aspect to be improved for many truck manufacturers.Welding is one of the 4 main technologies to produce vehicles,and the process quality control has critical impact to both appearance and performance of the body.Body in white is made on the welding line.People has more and more demand than ever,and each manufacturer is fast evolving its products,as well as the molding structure.How to build a modularized,flexible and highly reliable welding line has been a challenge for the truck manufacturers.According to the research on mini truck welding production line,this article interprets the basic procedure and methodologies of planning,designing,setting up and approving a new welding line,It comes up with the solution for typical problems which occur in each phase of setting up a welding line.First of all,design the layout and draft of a welding line.Implement SE with sufficient study on body structure,including analysis of the prototype,main cross section,technological feasibility.Optimize the production process steps by welding line SE.Secondly,perform research on the welding fixtures which are the important parts of the line.In the meanwhile,simulate the welding line with software,especially the most important final assembly operation,in order to guarantee the feasibility.Last,but not the least,summarize the problems which occur during design phase.Use CMM measuring and data analysis to figure out the improvement actions for body precision.Thus reduce the construction cycle time of welding line.
